Matthew P. Arnold
Jamie has been providing asset management and financial planning services for his clients since 1983. He has individual, corporate, and endowment accounts. Additionally, Jamie has substantial experience in the Qualified Retirement Plan area managing a substantial number of 401(k), Profit-Sharing, and Defined Benefit Plans.
Jamie has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) professional designation, awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies which is associated with the University of Pittsburgh’s Center for Executive Education. He has received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility.
Jamie graduated from Trinity College in 1977 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He currently holds a CHARTERED FINANCIAL CONSULTANT (ChFC) designation.
At Kistler-Tiffany Advisors, Jamie is an owner and Managing Partner in charge of corporate finance. He is an Investment Advisor Representative of Kistler-Tiffany Advisors.
Jamie served as a Director, Manager and fundraiser for the Berwyn-Paoli Area Little League for 12 years. He served as a Board Member and President of the Conestoga High School Baseball Boosters Club from 2009-2011. Jamie is currently active in the "Raising the Roof" Capital Campaign at St. David's Church in Radnor, PA as well as serving as an Usher and Eucharistic Minister. He is a Board Member and Past President of the Kistler-Tiffany Foundation.

Alan has been providing insurance and financial planning services for his clients since 1992. He works with medium to large size family and privately owned companies along with individuals. He advises his clients in business succession and estate planning combined with corporate benefits and executive compensation analysis.
Alan graduated from Lafayette College in 1978 with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. He is an Investment Advisor Representative with Kistler-Tiffany Advisors.
Alan has been chairman of The Philadelphia Orchestra Golf Classic for the last 10 years. He is an active board member of the William Penn Charter Alumni Society, and past chairman of their annual golf outing which is their primary fund raising event. He is also a volunteer coach for his local area´s soccer, basketball, and little league teams.

Dave has been providing business succession and estate planning advice for his clients since 1990. The majority of his clients are large family owned companies that range from the first to fifth generations. Dave's experience is in dealing with unique family issues that impact the transfer of the business to the next generation. He also manages over $100 million of assets for these same clients both individually and through retirement plans (as of May 19, 2015).
Dave graduated from Ursinus College in 1990 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Administration. He currently holds a CHARTERED FINANCIAL CONSULTANT (ChFC) designation plus a CHARTERED LIFE UNDERWRITER (CLU) designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
Dave is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and is an Investment Advisor Representative with Kistler-Tiffany Advisors.
He is a president and fundraising chairperson of the Kistler-Tiffany Foundation, and is currently responsible for the annual golf outing, which is the Foundation´s major fundraiser. Dave serves on the Great Valley Little League board where he is chair of sponsorships. He coaches baseball and football for his sons.

Jeff also holds the ACCREDITED ESTATE PLANNER (AEP) designation from the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.
Jeff is on the Board of Trustees at Eastern University. He also serves as Committee Chair for Young Life, an urban Philadelphia high school ministry. Jeff also serves on the Youth Work Committee, that partners with 50+ youth organizations to nominate 300 young men and women to receive the Union League’s Good Citizenship Award.

Andy received his Bachelor Degree from St. Lawrence University in 1986. He serves as Chairman of the Bryn Mawr Hospital Foundation Board. Andy has served on the Pershing Advisor's Solutions Advisory Council since 2010.

Tom has been providing financial services to families and family businesses since 1970. For over 40 years, he has been advising family businesses in the area of business succession, estate tax reduction, and the design and implementation of discriminatory executive benefits.

Tim has over 30+ years of experience in the financial planning industry. He has held investment advisory and national director positions at Cigna, Angeles Securities, and Capital Analysts Incorporated. Since 1986, Tim has provided advice to the owners of privately held businesses and families on their personal trust and retirement portfolios. His clients value his unique perspective in asset management and tax planning. He currently advises on over $220 million of assets under management (as of May 19, 2015).
Tim holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He also acts as a General Securities Principal and Registered Representative of Comprehensive Asset Management & Servicing, Inc. Portfolio Strategist / Retirement Plan Analyst
Mike is responsible for security analysis, due diligence, portfolio design and monitoring for personal clients and corporate retirement plans.
Mike joined Kistler-Tiffany Advisors upon graduating from Ursinus College in 2006. His primary responsibilities include asset selection and plan design for more than 65 self-directed retirement plans totaling over $200 million as of 04/30/2015. Mike supports the advisors' efforts to gather and retain clients with current or prospective 401(k) / profit sharing plans.
As an investment analyst, Mike constructs and monitors individual client portfolios, which includes security analysis and due diligence on equity, fixed income and alternative investments. He is an Investment Advisory Representative with Kistler-Tiffany Advisors and currently holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation.
Mike received a B.A. with Departmental Honors in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College.

Michael has been providing analysis of Kistler-Tiffany clients´ portfolios for over twenty years. He specializes in research, asset selection recommendations and asset allocation strategies for all Kistler-Tiffany clients and prospective clients.
Michael graduated from Widener University in 1991 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. He is an Investment Advisory Representative with Kistler-Tiffany Advisors and currently holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation.

Manager Investment Operations
Ashley is Kistler-Tiffany's liaison between advisors and back office support professionals. She aids the Investment Department in the review of procedures to apply effective changes to the firm's operations. She assists team members by encouraging policy thoughout Kistler-Tiffany Advisors. Ashley also provides general guidance to staff in the area of client relationship management.

Kathy has been working in the financial planning industry since 1981 starting out as an Actuarial Assistant involved in product and software development. In 1984, she became a Product Analyst for Kistler-Tiffany Advisors providing life insurance product support to our advisors. Her responsibilities include new business proposals with competitive analysis and inforce policy analysis. She also provides technical instruction and training in life insurance products and software to our advisors and their staff.
Kathy is also involved in website development and the design of marketing materials and sales presentations. She also serves as liaison between the IT consultants and our end user. Other responsibilities include the monthly reporting and tracking of all revenue sources.
Kathy earned a Master of Science Degree in Applied Statistics from Villanova University and prior to that graduated from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology.
Colleen is the Controller for Kistler-Tiffany Advisors and brings over 20 years of accounting experience to this position.
Colleen graduated from Mount Saint Mary´s College in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She received a Master of Taxation Degree from Villanova University in 1992 and is currently a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
Colleen lives with her husband, Mike, and their two children in Devon, Pennsylvania.
Maureen has been an employee of Kistler-Tiffany Advisors since 1981. She has over 30 years of experience working with creative solutions that impact the future of closely held business owners and their families.
Maureen provides support to our advisors relating to business succession and the estate planning needs of their clients. Her responsibilities include designing presentations that will enable the client to preserve their estates and meet their estate and business planning objectives in the most tax effective manner; reviewing wills, trusts and various business agreements; and, illustrating estate distribution strategies through the use of various techniques including Generation-Skipping Trusts, GRATS, Defective Grantor Trusts and Beneficiary Controlled Trusts.
Maureen provides research for various estate, business and tax issues and interacts with a client’s existing advisors including attorneys and accountants. She also participates in the training and continuing education of advisors and staff.
Maureen graduated from Main Line Paralegal Institute. She attends continuing education meetings provided by the Philadelphia and Delaware County Estate Planning Councils and seminars provided by the Pennsylvania Bar Association, including the Estate Law Institute.
